Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations for multiple hospitality brands and F&B outlets across Bali
- Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Develop and implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Manage and mentor finance teams across multiple locations
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Streamline financial processes to support business scalability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- 5+ years in financial management within hospitality or F&B industry
- Proven experience leading finance teams across multiple locations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency essential
- Strategic mindset with experience in budgeting and forecasting
