Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the KJS & MASCOT Group’s business objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition processes to meet the Group's growing needs.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and crisis management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within a multi-location or group setting.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
