Your leadership will be instrumental in setting the long-term vision, establishing corporate governance frameworks, and mentoring the executive team to achieve peak performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with the group's long-term vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and performance of all subsidiaries and business units within the Usains Group.
  • Lead the executive management team, providing strategic direction and mentorship to foster leadership development.
  • Drive financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize shareholder value.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management protocols.
  • Champion innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive executive experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role managing diverse business portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, organizational development, and leading high-performing teams in a complex corporate environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
