As the highest-ranking executive, you will serve as the chief architect of our corporate strategy, driving growth and operational excellence across the entire group. This pivotal role requires a leader who can navigate complex business landscapes, foster innovation, and ensure sustainable profitability.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all business units, manage a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in setting the long-term vision, establishing corporate governance frameworks, and mentoring the executive team to achieve peak performance. - Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with the group's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Oversee the management and performance of all subsidiaries and business units within the Usains Group.
- Lead the executive management team, providing strategic direction and mentorship to foster leadership development.
- Drive financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize shareholder value.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, investors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management protocols.
- Champion innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive executive experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role managing diverse business portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, organizational development, and leading high-performing teams in a complex corporate environment.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
