- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with group objectives
- Design and implement operational systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams in achieving operational KPIs and performance targets
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of operations management experience, with 3+ years in multi-company or group environments
- Proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and driving profitability improvements
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance within the real estate/property sector
- Advanced proficiency in operational systems, ERP platforms, and process mapping tools
