- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to create cohesive retail experiences
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address challenges, and celebrate successes
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability meets customer demand
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
