Are you a passionate turf management professional looking to make your mark on world-class landscapes? Netforce International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grow-In Supervisor to join our elite team in Cebu City. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the successful establishment of high-performance turf areas, overseeing critical phases from soil preparation to final maturity.
You will play a hands-on role in shaping the aesthetic and functional quality of fairways, greens, tees, and roughs. We are looking for a natural leader who understands the technical nuances of agronomy, irrigation management, and specialized machinery. If you have a green thumb and a background in large-scale landscaping or golf course maintenance, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily planting and grow-in operations for fairways, greens, tees, roughs, and surrounding landscape areas.
- Monitor soil health, fertility programs, and moisture levels to ensure optimal root development and turf density.
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of field crews, ensuring all work is completed to exact horticultural specifications.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of specialized turf management equipment and irrigation systems.
- Implement effective pest, disease, and weed control programs in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
- Analyze site conditions and provide regular progress reports to management, adjusting operational strategies as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintenance schedules during the critical grow-in phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turfgrass Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in turf establishment or golf course maintenance.
- Deep understanding of grass varieties, soil chemistry, and nutrient management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate field crews in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of automated irrigation systems and turf maintenance equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on project deadlines.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and a flexible schedule.
