Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across various digital marketing channels (Social, SEM, SEO).
- Assist in the execution and optimization of lead generation campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior to identify growth opportunities and pain points.
- Collaborate with the creative team to A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing page elements.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends in the Jakarta market.
- Support the marketing team in managing budget allocation and tracking spend efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and lead generation funnels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into clear insights.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for growth marketing and a desire to learn new marketing technologies.
