Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the performance marketing team in optimizing multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and influencer partnerships).
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with product and operation teams to enhance the user experience and customer journey.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI and efficient CAC across all campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through comprehensive performance reporting to the leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling brands within the lifestyle, sportainment, or retail sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar data platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and local consumer trends.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Creative thinker who can balance data-backed decision-making with bold, innovative brand building.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
