Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase website revenue and organic traffic.
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of website conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and implement CRO improvements.
- Collaborate with content teams to execute SEO strategies that improve keyword rankings and domain authority.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously optimize CPA and ROAS.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for senior management.
- Maintain budget oversight and allocation across digital channels to ensure maximum profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth roles.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Suite with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, GTM, Search Console).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
