- Manage proactive communication with property owners regarding listings, inquiries, and operational updates
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings with prospective clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings in management systems
- Act as primary point of contact for owner concerns and resolution support
- Support property marketing efforts through data management and client feedback integration
- Collaborate with the property management team to optimize service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all owner interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations, property management, or client-facing role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail with data management capabilities
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Customer-focused mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Bali's real estate market preferred
