In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure.

The ideal candidate will possess a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that our service standards remain at the highest level. Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently.
  • Proactively handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate with the service team to prepare for peak hours.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations and upsell promotional items.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure high standards of cleanliness, atmosphere, and service flow.
  • Build positive rapport with regular guests to foster brand loyalty.
  • Prepare daily reports on guest traffic and feedback for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Receptionist, or in a high-volume customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and restaurant reservation software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English or other languages is highly valued.
