Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
  • Handle incoming guest inquiries, salon appointments, and scheduling via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Provide detailed information regarding salon services, packages, and premium retail products.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects the brand's high standards.
  • Process payments accurately and handle daily administrative record-keeping.
  • Act as the first point of contact to address and resolve guest feedback with grace and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stylists and technical staff to ensure smooth guest transitions and salon flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a reception, guest relations, or high-end retail environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in basic computer skills and appointment management software.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy professional setting while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining salon image standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by salon operations.
