Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions addressing academic, personal, and career-related concerns
- Conduct psychometric assessments and develop comprehensive intervention plans for students
- Organize workshops on mental health awareness, stress management, and life skills
- Collaborate with faculty and parents to address student needs holistically
- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress
- Facilitate crisis intervention and emergency response protocols
- Develop and implement student development programs aligned with institutional goals
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid PRC license as Guidance Counselor
- Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in educational settings
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of developmental psychology and adolescent behavior
- Certification in career counseling preferred
- Fluency in English and Filipino
