Are you a dedicated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with a passion for women's health? Zhao Xi TCM Centre is rapidly expanding our footprint in Southern Malaysia and we are looking for a highly skilled Gynaecology TCM Practitioner to lead our clinical excellence in Johor Bahru.
As we scale our operations, we are seeking a compassionate professional to provide evidence-based TCM treatments, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and moxibustion, tailored specifically to reproductive health, menstrual disorders, and pre- and post-natal care. You will be joining a forward-thinking clinical team committed to integrating ancient wisdom with modern patient-centered care. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions using traditional TCM diagnostic methods (Pulse, Tongue, Inquiry).
- Develop personalized treatment plans for infertility, PCOS, menstrual irregularities, and menopausal symptoms.
- Administer acupuncture, cupping, and herbal prescriptions in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive digital patient records and track clinical progress over time.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide holistic wellness consultations and workshops.
- Ensure the clinic environment adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and patient care.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and dietary adjustments aligned with TCM principles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Must be registered with the Traditional and Complementary Medicine (TCM) Division of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM).
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience, specifically within a gynaecology focus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (conversational Malay is an added advantage).
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, expanding medical facility environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in reproductive health.
