Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional scalp analysis and customize treatments based on client needs.
- Execute advanced hair and scalp massage techniques to improve circulation and product absorption.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment area.
- Provide expert product recommendations and home-care advice to clients.
- Collaborate with hair stylists and colorists to ensure a holistic approach to hair health.
- Document treatment progress and client history accurately in our management system.
- Uphold the premium brand standards of Hairvana in every client interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scalp Therapist, Trichology Assistant, or Senior Stylist.
- In-depth knowledge of hair and scalp physiology and common scalp conditions.
- Professional certification in Cosmetology or specialized scalp therapy training.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a significant advantage).
- Ability to work in a high-paced, luxury salon environment.
