Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional hair spa treatments including scalp massages, conditioning therapies, and hair revitalization procedures
- Administer comprehensive spa therapies such as body scrubs, aromatherapy, and traditional Balinese massages
- Conduct client consultations to customize treatments based on individual needs and preferences
- Maintain strict hygiene standards for equipment, treatment rooms, and product handling
- Upsell premium salon products and membership packages to enhance client loyalty
- Collaborate with salon team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on emerging beauty trends and innovative treatment techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hair spa or therapeutic spa treatments
- Professional certification from accredited beauty therapy institution
- Strong knowledge of hair/scalp physiology and spa therapy methodologies
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid health and hygiene certification
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for diverse clientele
- Physical stamina to perform extended treatment sessions
