Tanggung Jawab
- Assist doctors during hair transplant surgical procedures, specifically FUE/FUT extraction and implantation.
- Prepare the surgical suite and ensure all sterile instruments and equipment are ready for use.
- Perform graft preparation, including the microscopic dissection and sorting of follicular units.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and clinical safety protocols at all times.
- Provide thorough pre- and post-operative care instructions to patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence.
- Document procedure details accurately in patient medical records.
- Manage inventory of surgical supplies and assist with clinic administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the aesthetic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hair transplantation, surgical nursing, or a related aesthetic field is highly preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a high-pressure clinical environment.
- Relevant certification in nursing or medical assistance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate medical concepts clearly to patients.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Immediate availability to commence work is a strong advantage.
