Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular progress reviews with students and parents to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on educational paths and program adjustments based on student performance.
- Maintain high student retention rates by building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for program renewals and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student milestones and feedback in the company CRM.
- Address and resolve any concerns or obstacles students may face during their learning journey.
- Prepare weekly reports on student progress and engagement levels for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education, Communication, or Psychology.
- Prior experience in educational consulting, sales, or customer relationship management is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive yet empathetic approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student accounts simultaneously.
- Must be based in Manado, Sulawesi Utara, or willing to relocate.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital communication tools.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the educational success of others.
