Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end property handovers, ensuring timely delivery within project timelines
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections against construction standards and specifications
- Coordinate between construction teams, sales departments, and clients during handover processes
- Resolve technical discrepancies and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Document handover activities, maintain detailed records, and prepare completion reports
- Train and supervise handover staff to maintain service consistency and professionalism
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve handover experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property handovers or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and quality standards
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in construction safety management (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple handover processes simultaneously
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
