Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be the first line of defense for property maintenance, handling a variety of tasks to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and renovations including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and wear and tear.
- Respond promptly to work orders and service requests from tenants or management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Order, receive, and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Document completed work and report any significant issues to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Carpentry, Electrical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Handyman or in property maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical diagrams or blueprints.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Valid Malaysian driver's license is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
