Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital planning strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze workforce trends, skills gaps, and future talent needs to support business objectives
- Create succession planning frameworks to identify and develop high-potential employees
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Design and execute talent development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progression
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to workforce planning and talent management
- Stay updated on industry best practices in human capital planning and recommend innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies in all HR planning activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human capital planning, workforce planning, or talent management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies in financial institutions or BUMN organizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to human resource management
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Experience with succession planning and talent development programs in a multicultural environment
