Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities, job fairs, and campus placements.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, payroll documentation, and attendance records.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, meeting arrangements, and office supplies management.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and general HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
