As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for streamlining our hiring processes and maintaining the operational efficiency of our office. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities, job fairs, and campus placements.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, payroll documentation, and attendance records.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, meeting arrangements, and office supplies management.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and general HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
