Tanggung Jawab

  • Employee Administration: Manage and maintain accurate employee files, attendance records, and personnel data to ensure compliance.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • General Affairs (GA): Oversee office logistics, manage supplier relationships, and ensure a comfortable working environment for all staff.
  • HR Development: Support internal training programs and organize team-building activities to foster a positive company culture.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Assist in payroll processing by collecting necessary timesheets and leave requests.
  • Communication: Draft and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and company announcements to keep staff informed.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations during daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR, GA, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
  • Language: Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Organizational: Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
