We are looking for an individual who doesn't just cut hair but elevates the grooming experience into an art form.
As our Head Barber, you will be the face of our shop, ensuring that every client receives world-class service while maintaining the high standards that define our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and wet shaves tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times in compliance with safety standards.
- Mentor and guide junior barbers to ensure consistent service quality across the shop.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay current with modern grooming trends, techniques, and premium styling products.
- Assist in shop management tasks, including inventory monitoring and scheduling.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Zulu Alpha Papa and drive business growth through exceptional service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barber or Master Stylist (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong command of various cutting techniques, including fading, tapering, and scissor work.
- Expertise in straight-razor shaving and facial hair grooming.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Valid professional barbering certification or equivalent vocational training.
