In this role, you will be the backbone of our property standards, ensuring every guest experience starts with a pristine and welcoming environment.
As the Head Cleaner, you will not only lead by example on the ground but also manage the logistical flow of property turnovers, including check-in and check-out coordination. You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous hygiene standards, supervising our cleaning team, and driving operational efficiency to ensure our properties consistently meet five-star expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily cleaning operations across all assigned properties.
- Coordinate and execute efficient check-in and check-out cleaning protocols.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality output.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding property status and maintenance issues.
- Drive operational excellence by refining cleaning processes and workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or professional cleaning sector.
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and sanitation chemicals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, specifically regarding turnover schedules.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a productive, positive work environment.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to accommodate changing property schedules.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance needs is highly desirable.
