In this mission-critical role, you will lead the “Command & Sense” and “Trial & Transform” functions of our operating model. You will be responsible for orchestrating real-time data insights, clinical operational excellence, and agile innovation initiatives that drive the next generation of healthcare delivery in Malaysia. As the leader of our Command Centre, you will be the central pillar of our digital transformation journey, ensuring that KPJ Healthcare remains at the forefront of the regional medical landscape through superior operational intelligence and adaptive business models.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct the strategic operations of the KPJ Future Health Institute Command Centre.
- Implement 'Command & Sense' protocols to monitor real-time clinical and operational performance across the hospital network.
- Oversee the 'Trial & Transform' initiatives, piloting new healthcare technology and care models before full-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
- Manage rapid-response operations to optimize patient flow, resource allocation, and clinical efficiency.
- Drive organizational change by fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with the overarching goals of the KPJ Future Health Institute.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or MPH preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical management, or digital health transformation.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale command centers or high-complexity operational hubs.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, medical informatics, and modern healthcare digital platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary and high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage 'trial-and-error' environments and iterative design processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision-makers.
