Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the Yamaha dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales, service, and administrative staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the Yamaha brand representatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures
- Comply with all company policies, regulations, and legal requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in motorcycle sales or dealership management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of the Indonesian motorcycle market, particularly Yamaha products
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
