Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all daily operations of the Yamaha dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales, service, and administrative staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the Yamaha brand representatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

  • Comply with all company policies, regulations, and legal requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in motorcycle sales or dealership management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian motorcycle market, particularly Yamaha products
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
