Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee strategic planning and operational management of Eye Centre services
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget, resources, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with hospital administration on service expansion and innovation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Foster relationships with patients, referring physicians, and community partners
- Drive adoption of ophthalmic technologies and treatment methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology (MBBS/MD equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years clinical experience with 5+ years in leadership/management
- Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or Business Administration
- Valid Malaysian medical license with specialist registration
- Proven track record in departmental operations and strategic planning
- Strong financial acumen and resource management experience
- Expertise in quality improvement frameworks and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
