PT Usaha Kawan Jaya Indonesia is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Head Maintenance to lead our facility maintenance operations in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the peak performance, reliability, and safety of our machinery and facility infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all facility assets.
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work plans to ensure systematic operational flow.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure adherence to safety standards and high-quality workmanship.
- Monitor machinery performance and conduct regular facility audits to identify potential risks or efficiency bottlenecks.
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts procurement, and budget allocation to control operational costs effectively.
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding maintenance activities, equipment status, and project progress for management review.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring downtime.
- Ensure full compliance with industrial health, safety (K3), and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage technical personnel.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
