Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinical operations of the dialysis unit to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of nursing and support staff.
- Ensure all medical procedures comply with Department of Health (DOH) standards and facility policies.
- Manage inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Monitor patient vital signs and treatment progress, intervening during emergencies when necessary.
- Collaborate with nephrologists to adjust treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for all patients.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff regarding new dialysis techniques and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with active PRC license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dialysis setting, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of hemodialysis machines, water treatment systems, and renal care protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and motivate a clinical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and commitment to patient safety.
- Must be willing to work full-time hours in Quezon City.
