Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and refine academic curricula to ensure alignment with educational standards and industry trends.
- Provide visionary leadership to teaching staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and pedagogical innovation.
- Oversee daily academic operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and effective resource allocation.
- Design and maintain robust internal evaluation and quality assurance systems to monitor and improve academic performance.
- Manage student assessment frameworks and academic record-keeping to ensure institutional compliance and transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for academic growth and implement strategic initiatives to enhance institutional reputation.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in an academic leadership role, preferably within a structured institutional or school setting.
- Deep understanding of curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and instructional design principles.
- Strong operational management skills with the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and departmental resources effectively.
