As a key member of management, you will oversee all accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK/PSAK).
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and coordinate with tax consultants.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Develop and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or AK is preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or retreat industry is highly desirable.
