Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting processes, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and other corporate reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions to facilitate seamless financial operations.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for executive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
