Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth financial audits and tax filings
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Monitor financial performance against budget and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations affecting the agricultural sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in accounting within the agricultural or food processing industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Exceptional communication skills in both Indonesian and English
