We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Accounting, Finance & Tax to join our executive team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function, ensuring financial integrity, strict regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will drive sustainable business growth by providing high-level financial insights and strategic direction to the leadership team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the finance and tax department to ensure alignment with company goals and drive sustainable financial growth.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations; manage all statutory audits and tax filings.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Streamline accounting processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Tax Strategy: Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full legal compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and other department heads to provide actionable financial analysis and support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, fiscal policies, and financial reporting standards.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale financial operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
