Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll.
- Lead the entire tax compliance function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant preparation and submission of all corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant tax returns in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and management reports, providing insightful analysis to senior leadership.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of accounting and tax professionals, fostering their development and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and successful audits.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support business growth initiatives and operational decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, BKP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Extensive and current knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and comprehensive Indonesian tax laws and regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN, PBB).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop an accounting and tax team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
