Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage accounting and tax departments with 8+ direct reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPn, PPh 21) and IFRS standards
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Develop tax strategies to optimize liabilities and manage BPKP audits
- Implement ERP systems and process improvements for accounting efficiency
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Mentor senior accountants and tax specialists
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA certification required
- 10+ years experience with 5+ in managerial roles
- Expertise in Indonesian tax codes and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in tech/retail sector preferred
