Radana Bhaskara Finance is seeking a visionary leader to join our executive team as the Head of Accounting & Tax. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and reporting.
- Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement financial controls and internal processes to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for executive management and board meetings.
- Review balance sheets and P&L statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
