Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations
- Ensure legal compliance and risk management across all corporate functions
- Optimize administrative workflows and implement operational improvements
- Manage stakeholder relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Drive digital transformation in finance and administrative systems
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance and administration teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and administration
- Proven track record in leadership roles with P&L responsibility
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax codes, and HR practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
- Strategic thinker with ability to align operations with business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office Suite
