Tanggung Jawab
- Define and champion the overall application architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of application architects, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
- Oversee the design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient application solutions across various platforms.
- Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency and quality in application development.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance our application capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or Head Architect role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level application architectures.
- Deep expertise in various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data architecture, API design, and security best practices.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
