We are seeking a visionary leader to join Cimory Group as the Head of Area in Lahat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence and strategic growth of our retail network in the region. You will drive sales performance, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team to ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with regional directors to implement corporate strategies while adapting to local market dynamics. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive area business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the assigned area, ensuring cost control and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and regional staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving sales growth in a multi-store environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
