Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor cross-functional AI teams in building innovative solutions
- Oversee end-to-end AI project lifecycle from research to deployment
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI into core business processes
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
- Ensure ethical AI implementation and responsible data governance
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using machine learning and deep learning
- Present AI initiatives and results to stakeholders and leadership teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of AI/ML experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions at scale
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Experience managing AI teams and fostering innovation culture
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
