- Oversee all bonded area operations including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and bonded area (TPB) requirements
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for bonded logistics
- Lead, mentor, and manage the bonded logistics team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with customs authorities and regulatory bodies
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience in bonded area operations
- Direct hands-on experience with Bonded Area/TPB regulations and procedures
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs and logistics compliance frameworks
- Proven leadership skills in managing logistics teams
- Experience developing and implementing operational policies
- Proficiency in logistics management software and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
