Tajan Integrated Education is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to take on the pivotal role of Head of Cambridge Qualification. In this senior executive position, you will be responsible for driving the academic excellence and strategic direction of our international curriculum division. You will lead a dedicated team of educators, ensuring that our programs align perfectly with the rigorous standards of the Cambridge Assessment International Education framework.
As the Head of Cambridge Qualification, you will oversee the full lifecycle of curriculum development, teacher training, and assessment processes. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, maintaining high-quality educational outputs, and ensuring our students receive globally recognized qualifications. You will act as the primary liaison between the institution and Cambridge authorities, representing our commitment to educational integrity and innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic vision for the Cambridge Qualification department aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the quality assurance and accreditation processes for all Cambridge International programs to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of academic staff, including professional development and performance reviews.
- Curate and enhance curriculum resources to ensure they are engaging, relevant, and challenging for students.
- Manage the departmental budget, including resource allocation, procurement, and financial forecasting.
- Establish strong relationships with Cambridge Assessment International Education officials and other key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; a PhD is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an educational leadership role, specifically within an international or Cambridge curriculum school.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) framework and syllabuses.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
