Are you a seasoned insurance professional with a passion for operational excellence and customer experience? Dwi Cermat Indonesia (Cermati) is looking for a strategic Head of Claim and Placement to lead our insurance operations. As a leading fintech player in Indonesia, we are committed to simplifying financial products for millions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end claim settlement process and insurance placement strategy, ensuring that our users receive seamless, efficient, and transparent service.
You will bridge the gap between policyholders and insurance providers, optimizing internal workflows while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. We are looking for an innovative leader who can leverage data to improve claim turnaround times and enhance partner relations, ultimately solidifying Cermati's position as the most trusted financial platform in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for insurance claim handling and placement operations.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the claims and placement team to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Optimize the end-to-end claim journey, from submission to final settlement, to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with insurance provider partners to ensure competitive placement terms and efficient processing.
- Implement data-driven monitoring systems to track KPIs such as claim turnaround time and settlement accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations and internal risk management policies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate claim processing through fintech innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management or underwriting.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian insurance market, product landscapes, and regulatory requirements (OJK).
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful partner management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in insurance operations software and data visualization tools.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
