In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our event services business unit, transforming it into a high-growth, profitable enterprise.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to launch and scale the event services unit in Indonesia.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities through aggressive networking and strategic market positioning.
- Manage the full profit and loss (P&L) of the business unit to ensure sustained growth and high profit margins.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on excellence in brand activation and event execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align commercial goals with regional market trends.
- Implement effective sales pipelines and reporting structures to monitor KPI performance and revenue targets.
- Oversee client relationship management to drive retention and upsell opportunities within the brand activation sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial leadership, specifically within Brand Activation, Events, or Marketing Agencies.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian events and brand activation landscape.
- Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing P&L responsibilities for a business unit.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and secure high-value partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
