Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the commercial finance function, providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and models aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner closely with the leadership team to drive regional growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
- Manage the finance team, driving professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent (or a relevant degree with significant experience).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in managing complex financial operations, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering financial targets.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
