Sari Rasa Group is seeking a visionary Head of Communications to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial excellence. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and commercial effectiveness by architecting comprehensive communication and sales strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative while ensuring that every communication touchpoint translates into measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of optimizing pricing models, promotion cycles, and market positioning to maximize ROI. You will lead cross-functional teams to align brand messaging with revenue objectives, ensuring that the Sari Rasa Group remains at the forefront of the industry in the competitive Jakarta market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute holistic communication and sales strategies to drive commercial performance.
- Oversee brand positioning and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to design and implement high-impact promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to refine commercial tactics.
- Manage internal and external corporate communications to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Provide leadership to the communications team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership regarding sales growth and brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in communications, sales management, or commercial strategy, ideally within the F&B or retail sector.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success and revenue growth through strategic communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of pricing structures, promotion management, and market expansion.
