Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies to drive retention, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and customer segmentation to deliver personalized, relevant content across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and IT teams to integrate customer feedback loops into the marketing roadmap.
- Manage the customer lifecycle journey, identifying key moments of truth to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and optimize ROI through rigorous performance tracking and reporting.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals to ensure continuous growth and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business results through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
