- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational vision and business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier professionals across all departments
- Design and implement employee development programs including leadership training and succession planning
- Oversee performance management systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Champion organizational culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR analytics
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into actionable HR initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR methodologies
